Participants get access to simple frameworks, worksheets, and other tools they can use to continue improving their skills once the course is over.

Besides completing self-paced materials, participants also join in group coaching sessions, where they can share work-in-progress and get feedback on it. Many courses also include an opportunity for participants to submit an authentic communication product and get detailed feedback on their performance.
