HOW WE USE AI

We pride ourselves on producing human-crafted writing and graphics for clients. It takes a human touch to balance intellectual rigor with creative expression and emotional resonance.

Our use of AI depends on the context. In client work, we use AI to:

• Transcribe conversations held on Zoom

• Conduct background research

• Generate customized examples for training

• Edit videos

• Create or modify customized stock photos, drawings, and animations

• Provide feedback on writing

• Translate from English to French

In client work, we do NOT use AI to:

• Record meetings or interviews without permission

• Create videos or presentation slides

• Write or directly edit content

• Analyze proprietary data without client permission

In marketing communications that are not attributed to Dr. Dawn Henwood, such as landing pages and LinkedIn posts on the Clarity Connect company page, we use AI to outline and generate content. Any content in Dawn’s personal voice (such as Dawn’s personal LinkedIn posts and the weekly newsletter) is written by her.
