HOW WE USE AI

We pride ourselves on producing human-crafted writing and graphics for clients. It takes a human touch to balance intellectual rigor with creative expression and emotional resonance.

Our use of AI depends on the context. In client work, we use AI to:

• Transcribe, with permission, online interviews.

• Conduct background research.

• Edit videos.

• Create or modify customized stock photos, drawings, and animations.

• Provide feedback on writing.

In client work, we do NOT use AI to:

• Record meetings or interviews without permission.

• Create videos or presentation slides.

• Write or directly edit content.

• Analyze proprietary data without client permission.

In marketing communications that are not attributed to Dr. Dawn Henwood, such as landing pages and LinkedIn posts on the Clarity Connect company page, we use AI to outline and generate content. Any content in Dawn’s personal voice (such as Dawn’s personal LinkedIn posts and the weekly newsletter) is written by her.

As AI evolves, we continually monitor developments. We let clients know if we discover a tool that we think could add value to a project without compromising the authenticity of either the creative process or the final products.
