More than 40 innovators joined me for a recent workshop addressing a challenge that shows up across academic disciplines and industry sectors: bridging the Innovation Gap.
That’s the gap in understanding AND caring that separates you from your audience.
You stand on one side of the gap with deep expertise regarding the problem you’re addressing, a passion for solving it, and technical knowledge of the solution you envision.
On the other side of the gap stands your audience, which probably doesn’t share your view of the problem, your determination to solve it, or your technical knowledge of your proposed solution.

Communication is the key to bridging the chasm, and it’s ongoing work. As an innovator, you probably find yourself building (and rebuilding) bridges repeatedly.
My hope for this newsletter is that it gives you insights to help you become a better bridge-builder—more effective, more efficient, and more confident.
Yet I know that the reflections I share every two weeks aren’t enough to help you truly excel at the craft of innovation communication.
And that’s my ultimate ambition: to empower you with insights and tools that will elevate your communication craft. To do this, you need more than newsletters and more than live workshops, which may or may not fit into your busy schedule.
So… over the past few months, the Clarity Connect team has been building.
We’ve been converting our archive of workshop content into short, self-paced courses. Each ⚡️Flash Course takes less than an hour to complete and includes a worksheet to help you reflect on what you’re learning and apply it to your own situation.
